Tirunelveli Medical College is a government-run medical institute in Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu, wholly owned and administered by the Department of Health & Family Welfare of the state government. It has 38 teaching departments and 29 postgraduate courses. The campus is at High Grounds at the eastern end of the city, about 6 km from the railway terminal, and it has served the surrounding rural community for five decades. The college will celebrate its diamond jubilee during 2025.
