Also, the candidates need to pay a refundable deposit of Rs. 30,000 for govt colleges, Rs. 2,00,000 for private medical colleges, and 1,00,000 for private dental colleges including the Rs. 1000 non-refundable registration fees through the official website www.upneet.gov.in. Such unallotted candidates whose security amount had been deposited, need not resubmit the security fee. If the candidates don't take admission in this special stray vacancy round 2023, they might not be allowed to take the NEET Exam next year (2024).

All students who have passed the PGNEET 2023 exam but who have not been allotted PG-Medical/Dental seats could take part in this counselling process. Continuing the aforesaid notification, the Stray Vacancy Round procedure for PG Medical or PG Dental seats along with the un-allotted list after the mop-up round will be carried/displayed out on the KEA website from October 16, 2023, after 11 am. Continuing the aforesaid notification, the Stray Vacancy Round allotment procedure for MD/MS/MDS/Post MBBS, etc will be carried out from October 13, 2023. Registered candidates need not register again. Candidates who have been allotted or upgraded seats in round 3 are not eligible to participate in the stray vacancy round or the joined candidates through Haryana state counselling or any other state counselling including all India counselling are also not eligible.
