Joining:

Joining, document verification (including prescribed eligibility criteria) at the allotted college along with the printout of allotment letter, deposition of one-year tuition fee along with other fees/charges as prescribed by the college, required bonds, etc.

 Karnataka PGNEET 2023 Counselling/ Stray Vacancy Round: Eligibility Criteria

The Karnataka PGNEET-2023 admission eligibility criteria are outlined as follows:

·       Candidates who have been allotted or upgraded seats in round 3 are not eligible to participate in the stray vacancy round or the joined candidates through Karnataka state counselling or any other state counselling including all India counselling are also not eligible for the stray vacancy round.

·       Candidates allotted a seat in the All-India Stray Vacancy Round are not eligible to participate in the stray vacancy round.

·       The candidates who have not registered can also register from 16 October to October 17, 2023 for eligibility for the stray vacancy round 2023

Karnataka PGNEET 2023 Counselling/ Stray Vacancy Round: Registration

To apply for Karnataka PGNEET Stray Vacancy Round 2023 admission, candidates need to fill out an online application form. They should make sure to submit the filled application before the last date. Visit the official website of Office of the Chairman, PGNEET Medical and Dental Admission/counselling Board at www.rajpgneet2023.com

 

  1. Click on 'PG Stray Vacancy Round.'
  2. Enter the PGNEET roll no., Rank, and DOB.
  3. Register using a valid email ID and mobile number. Enter the captcha and click ‘Validate’.
  4. Make a note of your login credentials.
  5. Log in again to complete the second part of the application form.
  6. Provide your personal and academic details.
  7. Review the form before submitting it.

It is mandatory to fill out both the Part A or Part B

Karnataka PGNEET 2023 Counselling: Registration fee

To complete the registration process for the stray vacancy round for seat allotment, candidates are required to pay the Karnataka PGNEET-2023counselling (Admission) fee. The fee consists of non-refundable components and must be paid online.

Non-refundable Fee:

  • General or Unreserved Category: Rs.1000
  • SC/ST or Reserved Category of Karnataka state: Rs. 500

Refundable fee: for Government medical or Govt Society run,

  • General or Unreserved Category: Rs.25000
  • SC/ST or Reserved Category of Karnataka state: Rs. 12500

Refundable fee: for Private colleges 

  • General or Unreserved Category: Rs. 2,00,000/-
  • SC/ST or Reserved Category of Karnataka state: Rs. 2,00,000/-

Karnataka PGNEET-2023counselling/ Stray Vacancy Round: Seat allotment

After candidates register online, the Karnataka Examinations Authority, Bangalore will Publish the allotment status for Karnataka PGNEET based on their PGNEET 2023 scores. Only those candidates included in this list will be allowed to take part in the counselling process for Karnataka PGNEET 2023.

Stray Vacancy Round: Reporting to the Institute & Required Documents

Candidates allocated a seat in the Karnataka PGNEET 2023 counselling process/stray vacancy round must report to the allotted institute. They need to bring all their original certificates along with a self-attested copy. Additionally, candidates must pay the necessary fee to confirm and secure their seats during the counselling process. Required documents for PGNEET are given below:

·       Online generated NOC in-service candidate

·       Photograph of father, mother, or Local Guardian (passport size)

·       Parents’ ID, Voter Card, Aadhar Card
