The NEET PG 2024 exam pattern has been modified slightly by The National Board of Examinations (NBE) with the introduction of mandatory timed sections. This means that candidates must complete the allotted time for one section before moving on to the next. The exam will have 200 multiple-choice questions, and candidates will have 3.5 hours to complete them. After the exam, an analysis based on student feedback will be provided.

Additionally, The National Board of Examinations has reduced the exam fee for all categories by INR 750. Previously, general category candidates had to pay INR 4,250 and now they have to pay only INR 3,500. To qualify for NEET PG 2024, candidates must achieve the minimum cut-off score, which varies by category.
