The Haryana NEET-PG admission eligibility criteria are outlined as follows:

 

·       Candidates who have been allotted or upgraded seats in round 3 are not eligible to participate in the stray vacancy round or the joined candidates through Haryana state counselling or any other state counselling including all India counselling are also not eligible for the stray vacancy round.

·       Candidates allotted a seat in the All-India Stray Vacancy Round are not eligible to participate in the stray vacancy round.

Haryana NEET PG 2023 Counselling/ Stray Vacancy Round: Registration

Steps to register for Haryana NEET PG counselling:

Visit the official website of Office of the Chairman, NEET PG Medical and Dental Admission/counselling Board at www.uhsr.ac.in or https:// hry.online-counselling.co.in

 

  1. Click on 'PG Medical Counselling/ Stray Vacancy Round    .'
  2. Enter the NEET PG roll no., Rank, and DOB.
  3. Register using a valid email ID and mobile number. Enter the captcha and click ‘Validate’.
  4. Make a note of your login credentials.
  5. Log in again to complete the second part of the application form.
  6. Provide your personal and academic details.
  7. Review the form before submitting it.

It is mandatory to fill out both the Part A or Part B

Haryana NEET PG 2023 Counselling: Registration fee

To complete the registration process for the stray vacancy round for seat allotment, candidates are required to pay the Haryana NEET-PG counselling (Admission) fee. The fee consists of non-refundable components and must be paid online.

Non-refundable Fee:

  • General or Unreserved Category: Rs.3000
  • SC/ST or Reserved Category of Haryana state: Rs. 1500

Refundable fee: for Government medical or Govt Society run,

  • General or Unreserved Category: Rs.25000
  • SC/ST/SCD/BCA/BCB/EWS/PWBD or any other Reserved Category of Haryana state: Rs. 12500

Refundable fee: for Private colleges 

  • General or Unreserved Category: Rs. 2,00,000/-
  • SC/ST/SCD/BCA/BCB/EWS/PWBD or any other Reserved Category of Haryana state: Rs. 2,00,000/-

Haryana NEET-PG counselling/ Stray Vacancy Round: Seat allotment

After candidates register online, the PT.BD Sharma University of Health Sciences/ Medical Education and Research Department, Rohtak, Haryana will Publish the allotment status for Haryana NEET PG based on their NEET PG 2023 scores. Only those candidates included in this list will be allowed to take part in the counselling process for Haryana NEET PG 2023.

Stray Vacancy Round: Reporting to the Institute & Required Documents

Candidates who are allocated a seat in the Haryana NEET PG 2023 counselling process are required to report to the allotted institute. They need to bring all their original certificates along with a self-attested copy. Additionally, candidates must pay the necessary fee to confirm and secure their seats during the counselling process. Required documents for NEET PG are given below:

·       Rank Card (PG NEET),

·       MBBS Degree Certificate

·       Final MBBS Mark Sheet

·       Internship Completion Certificate

·       Release letter from the previous institute

·       Allotment letter

·       Medical Certificate (from Registered Allopathic Medical Practitioner),

·       Caste Certificate for SC, ST, and OBC, EWS certificate (if any),

·       Character Certificate from the previous institute

·       Residential/ ID proof,

·       Photograph 4 passport size + 4 stamp size

·       Proof of previous degree or diploma

·       NOC from a present employer with ID proof

·       Online generated NOC in-service candidate

·       Photograph of father, mother, or Local Guardian (passport size)

·       Parents’ ID, Voter Card, Aadhar Card

·       Father/ Mother/ Guardian’s annual income certificate

·       Affidavit on Rs. 10(Anti Ragging) for parents and students both separate,
