For 3^rd Round important notes:

·       Admitted candidates in any institution through round 1 and round 2 counselling of PGMAC-2023 by MCC or anywhere by NEET(PG)-2023, are not eligible for Round 3 Counselling of PGMAC-2023.

·       candidates who have taken an exit from their Round-2 counselling admitted seat or who have been allotted a seat in Round-2 and given upgradation as "Yes" for Round-3 and take exit within the prescribed period are not eligible for choice filling of Round-3 and Stray Round Counselling.

·       Such candidates who have duly submitted their online Application/Registration form by depositing the security deposit for attending the Counselling process of PGMAC-2023 or,

·       Who have Re-paid the security deposit Amount or such candidates who have not been allotted any seat through Round-1/Round-2 Counselling or,

·       Who have taken Free Exit from Round-1 Counselling but were not allotted any seat in Round-2 or allotted a seat through Round-2 PGMAC Counselling and taken Exit with or without forfeiture of Security Deposit are eligible for Round-3, PGMAC 2023 Counselling.

·       For such candidates who have duly filled their online application form and have edited their data on 02.10.2023, their earlier filled choices/preference will become "Null & Void" and will have to do fresh choice filling which is mandatory but

·        Such candidates who have been allotted a seat in Round-2 and given their upgradation as "Yes" for Round-3 and have edited their data on 02.10.2023, their earlier filled choices will also become "Null & Void" but their Round-2 allotted choice will remain available in the choice list which cannot be removed. Such candidates will have the facility to fill out the other fresh Choices.

·       Candidates who have been allotted a seat through PGMAC Round-2 Counselling and filled their upgradation as "Yes" for PGMAC Round-3 counselling and completed the document verification process, can also edit their previously filled choices but cannot delete their Round-2 allotted Choice from the choice list.

·       For the Choice filling process, candidates need to do the registration for password creation on the PGMAC 2023 counselling portal of Bihar state. Then using their User ID & Password login in their account, candidates have to fill in choices of Course and Institution / Colleges in order of preference. Once choices are done, they can be modified before locking them.

·       The Choice locking & unlocking process will be done through OTP authentication only which will be sent on the Registered Mobile & email of the candidates and cannot be changed in any circumstances.

·       Before seat allotment, the candidates will get the final filled-in choices.

·       The seat allotment will be done on the basis of merit-cum-choice basis.

·       At last, a candidate has to report physically at the reporting center for Document Verification to get admission according to their preferences.

Round 3 finalized students treated as admitted and if they fail to take admission, their Security Deposit will be forfeited and they will not be eligible for the Stray Vacancy Round.
