Poona College of Pharmacy, Pune, was founded in 1981 by Dr. Patangrao Kadam as the first pharmacy college in the region.
Poona College of Pharmacy, Pune, was founded in 1981 by Dr. Patangrao Kadam as the first pharmacy college in the region. It offers a B.Pharm programme as a Grant-in-Aid institute of the State of Maharashtra, and was the first college in Maharashtra to start Pharm.D and Pharm.D (PB) programmes, in 2009, alongside M.Pharm across eight specialisations and doctoral research.
