After clearing the OJEE 2023 exam, students will get admission into their preferred engineering colleges of Odisha state and will be allowed to pursue UG and PG-level professional courses. The OJEE 2023 online application form has already started on 10th February 2023. The last date to apply for the exam is 20 March 2023. The exam is conducted every year by the state government of Odisha.

About OJEE 2023 exam:

OJEE 2023: The OJEE 2023 exam is conducted by the OJEE board. Through this examination, students get admissions into various UG/PG level courses such as B.Tech  (lateral entry), B.Arch, B.Pharm (LE), MBA, Integrated M.Sc., MCA, M.Tech/ M Pharm/ M.Arch/ M.Plan/ M.Arch (Exe) courses. 

The students who will successfully qualify for the exam will get admission to their preferred colleges/institutes. The OJEE result 2023 is announced on its official website - ojee.nic.in. For downloading the scorecard of the OJEE 2023 exam, the student needs to enter his/her login credentials (application number and date of birth). On the website, students can also find their admit cards once they are released by the authorities. For admit card download, the student will have to log in with his/her personal login credentials on the website. OJEE mock test link for each programme is also given on the website. Students do not need to log in with the credentials in order to attempt any of the mock tests. 

 

Exam Pattern

The exam pattern differs from course to course so the students are advised to check the exam pattern before preparing for the same. The course wise exam pattern is given below for the OJEE aspirants.

What is the OJEE B.Pharma exam pattern?

  • The total number of questions asked in the exam is 180 and duration for the same will be 3 hours.
  • 45-45 questions will be asked from Physics and Chemistry and 45-45 questions will be asked from biology or mathematics.
  • OJEE ranking is given on the basis of marks obtained in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Physics, Chemistry and Biology.
  • The student will also choose to appear in all subjects – Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology.

OJEE M.Tech Exam Pattern

  • The duration of the test is 2 hours.
  • 90 objective-type multiple-choice questions are asked in the test.
  • A total of 60 questions in the test will be branch related while 20 will be asked from Engineering Mathematics and 10 from Arithmetic and Logical Reasoning.

OJEE M.B.A Exam Pattern

In the OJEE MBA exam, the questions are asked about Verbal Ability, Analytical Reasoning, General Knowledge, Comprehension and Computer and Business Fundamentals topics. The duration of the exam is 2 hours which a total of 120 questions are asked. The table for the subject-wise number of questions asked is given below.

OJEE M.C.A. Exam Pattern

  • The total number of questions asked in the paper is 120.
  • There will be 60 questions each from Mathematics and General Awareness
  • The total duration of the exam is 2 hours.

Eligibilty

What is the eligibility required for the OJEE 2023 exam (UG)?

  • The student should be an Indian citizen.
  • There is no age limit to apply for OJEE. However, candidates applying for B.Tech Marine Engineering should not be more than 22 years of age at the time of admission.
  • The student should have qualified for his/her Class 12 or equivalent examination from any school in Odisha or outside the State.
  • The aspirant should have studied Physics, Mathematics and a language as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry or any other subject.
  • The student must have at least 45% marks in their qualifying examination. Candidates in the reserved category should get 40% marks.

OJEE Eligibility Criteria 2023 for PG

  • The aspirant should have a bachelor's degree in any field for at least three years from an accredited university/institution.
  • The students with a degree in Technology/ Engineering/ Architecture/ Pharmacy should have completed at least 4 to 5 years from an institution recognized by AICTE or UGC with a minimum of 50% marks.
  • There is no age limit to apply for the OJEE exam.

Result & Counselling

OJEE 2023 Result

OJEE 2023 results will be announced online at ojee.nic.in. OJEE results will be available in the form of scores and ranks. Here are the steps required while downloading the OJEE result.

  • Step 1: Go to the official OJEE website (ojee.nic.in).
  • Step 2: Click on the "Rank Card - OJEE 2023" and enter the required details.
  • Step 3: The result will be shown on the screen.
OJEE 2023 Counselling:

The mode of counselling process will be online. The students with CAT, MAT, XAT, ATMA, NIMCET, GATE, GPAT and JEE Main scores are eligible for admission through counselling of OJEE. OJEE counselling 2023 will be held for different courses on different dates.

Registration & Application Process

The mode of application form is online. For payment of application fees, students can use credit cards/debit cards, net banking or other facilities.

  •  First students need to register themselves on the official website of the exam. After registration, he/she will get the login credentials.
  • Now fill out the application form for the exam from the website by logging into your registered account.
  • Fill in all the required details in the form.
  • Now upload your photograph, signature and left thumb impression.
  • Now do the exam fee payment of the form.

  • Now submit the form and take a print out of the form for future use.
