What is the MHT CET 2023 exam?:
The full form of the MHT CET exam is the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test. It is a state-level entrance exam for admission to UG courses in engineering/technology, pharmacy and professional degree courses in Agriculture. After qualifying this exam, interested students get admission in technical government as well as private colleges in the state of Maharashtra. The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) is the exam-conducting body of MHT CET 2023.
MHT CET paper is divided into three papers, Paper 1 on mathematics, Paper 2 on Physics and Chemistry combined and Paper 3 on Biology. The aspirants who want to take admission to an engineering college, appear for Paper 1 and Paper 2 while the aspirants who want to take admission to a pharmacy course, appear for Paper 2 and Paper 3.

Eligibilty
What is the eligibility required for the MHT CET 2023 exam?
It is important for all the aspirants of the MHT CET exam to check the eligibility criteria of the exam before going for registration. The student's application will be rejected by the authority if in case he/she fails to fulfil the requirements of the examination. The eligibility criteria for the exam are provided below for the students.
- The student should be a citizen of India.
- The student should have cleared his/her Class 12th or equivalent test from a recognised University/ Board in PCM or PCB subjects.
- The minimum mark the student should score in the 12th standard is 50%. The students belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories will need to have 40% marks in aggregate.
- The students appearing in the qualifying exam in 2023 are also eligible to apply.
- There is no age limit for the exam.

What is the MHT CET 2023 syllabus?
The MHTCET Syllabus 2023 is based on the curriculum of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education. 80% weightage is given to XII standard curriculum, while 20% weightage is given to the standard XI curriculum. This basically means that the student will have to study topics from Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.

The MHT CET 2023 result will be released on the official website. After the result is out, the authority will prepare the merit list. A copy of the results/marks will be needed during the admission procedure so it is important to keep the results copy safe for future use. - Now click on the link "Candidates Login".
- A new page will open where students will enter their login credentials.
- Click on the "Submit" button.
- MHT CET 2023 results will be shown on the screen.
- At the end download your MHT CET result and also take the printout of the scorecard for future reference.
MHTCET Counselling 2023:
The MHTCET counselling begins after the declaration of the result. For participating in the counselling process, the students will have to first register themselves for counselling process. The original documents are required during the counselling process so it is important to keep the original documents beforehand for verification. The student can also select his/her preferred college and course.
