What is the AP EAPCET 2023 exam?

AP EAPCET 2023 is a state-level entrance examination for admissions into various agriculture, pharmacy and engineering courses. The full form of this exam is the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture Pharmacy Common Entrance Test. The students who want to fill the AP EAPCET 2023 exam will have to first register themselves on the official website of the exam. 

The application process for AP EAPCET 2023 is very easy to do. The admission process comprises registration, filling details in the form, uploading documents and payment of fee. Applicants will have to fill out the form before the last date. Once the application form registration process is over, the authority releases the AP EAPCET correction facility. What is the eligibility required for the AP EAPCET 2023 exam?

The basic eligibility criteria for the examination are provided below. The students who are planning to sit for this year's AP EAPCET 2023 exam, can check the eligibility requirements below to avoid cancellation of the exam form.

For B.Tech. course:

Nationality – The student should be of Indian nationality or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO)/Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) Card Holder.

Domicile – The student should satisfy the domicile requirements of Andhra Pradesh/Telangana

Age Criteria – 16 years of age should have been completed by the candidates as of December 31, 2022. For B.Tech (Dairy Technology), B.Tech (Ag. Engineering), and B.Tech (FS&T), the lower age limit is 17 years whereas the upper age limit is 22 years (25 years for SC/ST category candidates).

Academic Qualification – The aspirant should have passed or appeared for the final year of the Intermediate Examination (10+2) with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh/Telangana or any other examination recognized as equivalent

OR

The student should have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma engineering examination by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh/Telangana or any other exam recognized as equivalent thereto by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Andhra Pradesh/Telangana.

Marks Required – The student should have scored at least 45% of marks in the qualifying examination (40% for reserved categories).

AP EAPCET B.Sc. Eligibility Criteria

The AP EAPCET 2023 eligibility criteria for the B.Sc. course are given below. 

• Academic Requirements – The student should have passed or appeared for the final year of the intermediate examination (10+2 pattern) or any examination recognized as equivalent thereto by the Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh/Telangana with any two/three of the subjects indicated against each course noted below:
• B.Sc (Ag) and B.Sc (Hort) – Physical Sciences, Biological or Natural Sciences, Agricultural, Vocational Course in Agriculture
• B.V.Sc & A.H . - Physical Sciences, Biological or Natural Sciences, Vocational Courses in Veterinary Sciences
• B.F.Sc – Physical Sciences, Biological or Natural Sciences, Vocational Courses in Fishery Sciences.

AP EAPCET 2023 counselling:

The counselling mode is online and offline. AP EAPCET 2023 counselling is conducted by the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE). The students who will qualify the exam will be called for the counselling process. For counselling, the students will have to first register themselves for the counselling process and pay the counselling fee. After payment, the student will get his/her registration number and login to the registered email id or mobile number. Next, the student will have to report to the designated Help Line Centres (HLC) for verification of documents. After the documents are verified, the students will log into their accounts and fill in their preferred choices of colleges and courses. 

The seats are given on the basis of the candidate’s rank, category, preferences, and availability of seats. The provisional allotment letter has to be downloaded by the selected candidates. Self-reporting has to be done by the candidates followed by reporting at the allotted institute to confirm the seat.

How to fill out the AP EAPCET 2023 application form?

The application form for the AP EAPCET 2023 exam is released on the official website of the exam. The student who is planning to fill out the application form for the AP EAPCET 2023 exam, can follow below mentioned steps during the registration process.

Step 1: Payment of fees and registration – Firstly, the student will have to pay the application fee. After entering details such as qualifying exam hall ticket number, name, date of birth, mobile number, email id, and stream, the student will make the payment online (net banking/debit card/credit card) or offline mode (AP & TS online centres). Payment ID will be generated after which the student will be able to move forward to fill out the application form. 

2nd Step: Filling of AP EAPCET 2023 application form – Next, the students will have to fill out the application form with their personal, contact, academic, and CET examination details.

• Contact Details - Candidate's name, date of birth, gender, Aadhaar card number/enrollment number, birth district, birth state, ration card number, the annual income of parents, caste category, minority/mon-minority, and bank details. 
• Address Details - House no., village/street /locality, Mandal/town/city, district, state, pin code, mobile number, alternate mobile Number and telephone number, and email Id. 
• Academic Details - Qualifying exam, the medium of instruction at the qualifying exam, SSC or equivalent (10th Class), intermediate or equivalent (10+2), and place of study.
