Srinivas University is a private university in Mangalore, Karnataka, established in 2013 by a Karnataka state Act. It is run by the A. Shama Rao Foundation, set up in 1988 by the chartered accountant A. Raghavendra Rao, which also runs the Srinivas Group of Institutions. The university teaches undergraduate, postgraduate and research courses through twelve constituent institutions, on campuses at Pandeshwar, Valachil and Mukka in Mangalore.
