Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences - Guwahati

Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences is a health sciences university in Guwahati, Assam, established in 2009 under the Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences Act, 2007. It is the only health university in the North Eastern Region and its jurisdiction covers the whole of Assam. It works from the Gauhati Medical College building at Narakasur Hill Top, Bhangagarh, and was set up to bring uniformity to standards of education in all the faculties of health sciences.
