Sant Gahira Guru Vishwavidyalaya, formerly Sarguja Vishwavidyalaya, is a state university at Ambikapur in Chhattisgarh. It was established and incorporated by the Chhattisgarh Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam No. 18 of 2008 on 2 September 2008. Its territorial jurisdiction covers the whole Sarguja Division, made up of the five revenue districts of Korea, Surguja, Jashpur, Surajpur and Balrampur. It teaches through seven university departments: farm forestry, environmental science, functional Hindi, legal studies, biotechnology, pharmacy and computer science.
