Quantum University is a state private university on the Roorkee-Dehradun highway at Mandawar, Roorkee, in Uttarakhand. The Uttarakhand legislature created it through the Quantum University Act, 2016 (Uttarakhand Act No. 04 of 2017) out of the Quantum School of Technology, which had run for about ten years before that. It offers undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma and certificate programmes under faculties of technology, business and management, graduate studies, agriculture and health sciences.
