Navrachana University in Vadodara was established in 2009 under the Gujarat Private Universities Act by the Navrachana Education Society, a charitable trust registered in 1965 that runs several other schools in the city. The university teaches through five schools: Business and Law, Engineering and Technology, Science, Liberal Studies and Education, and Environmental Design and Architecture, with programmes from bachelor's to PhD level.
