National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Raebareli, is an autonomous body under the Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, and is one of the NIPERs the Government of India opened alongside campuses at Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Hajipur and Guwahati. It admits students to M.S. (Pharm) programmes in Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology & Toxicology, Regulatory Toxicology and Biotechnology, and runs from a campus in Lucknow.
