Dravidian University was established in 1997 by the Government of Andhra Pradesh, with support from the governments of Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Kerala, dedicated to the integrated study of Dravidian languages, literature, culture, folklore and tribal studies. It is located at Srinivasa Vanam in Kuppam, Chittoor district, and offers undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma and doctoral programmes.
