Cluster University of Jammu is a state university on Canal Road in Jammu, created under the Srinagar and Jammu Cluster University Act 2016 as an initiative of the centrally sponsored RUSA scheme, which forms new universities by upgrading and clustering existing colleges. It draws on five constituent colleges, with GGM College as the lead college, and teaches through schools of teacher education, humanities and liberal arts, sciences, social sciences, and engineering and computer technology.
