Apex Professional University is a university at Pasighat in East Siang district, Arunachal Pradesh, established by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh under Act 07 of 2013. Its campuses sit near the Assam border on the banks of the river Siang, spread over more than 20 acres. It teaches undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in law and forensic sciences, education and liberal arts, management and technology, pharmacy, nursing and paramedical sciences, naturopathy and yogic science, and architecture and planning, and offers PhD, D.Sc. and D.Litt. in selected disciplines.
