There is an air-conditioned Central Library, it is a 24 Hours reading room outside the central library for 200 students.

There is a full time qualified Physical Education instructor looking after the sports activity and maintenance. The college has won many championship shields in different competition held statewide and national wide.

There is an auditorium with 2000 Sq.m.(presently damaged due to Hudhud cyclone.

There is the Medical Superintendent office (40 Sq.m). There is an Enquiry office, Reception area, store rooms, Central Medical Record room, linen rooms, and hospital and staff committee room. The teaching Hospital has more than 1000 beds with near 100% indoor bed occupancy. There are well equipped Intensive Care Units(ICU), Intensive Coronary Care Units(ICCU), Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU), SICU, IRC and Burns Unit.

There are six laboratories which are being used by Physiology biochemistry pathology, histology, histopathology, clinical pharmacology, Heamatology, Microbiology and community medicine. There is a fully equipped central research lab under control of the Principal.
