All India Institute of Medical Sciences [AIIMS], Rishikesh, is affiliated with Statutory Autonomous, AIIMS-New Delhi and is recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI), now became National Medical Commission. AIIMS-Rishikesh is an autonomous Institute of National Importance under the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare - Government of India. It is currently situated in Rishikesh, at Rishikesh, Haridwar, Uttarakhand-249201, India.
All India Institute of Medical Sciences Rishikesh stands close to the Ganges at Rishikesh in Uttarakhand and was sited there to address regional imbalances in healthcare services, research and training. It was established under the first phase of the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana and made an autonomous body by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Bill, 2012. Its first MBBS and BSc Nursing students enrolled in 2012 and outpatient and inpatient services began in mid-2013. The hospital has grown from 200 beds in 2013 to 960 beds with 94 specialised clinics.

The MCC/DGHS Conducts the counselling process of 100% of seats of All-India Institute of Medical Sciences [AIIMS], Rishikesh, MBBS seats.   4. Register using a valid email ID and mobile number. Enter the captcha and click ‘Validate’.

  6. Log in again to complete the application form.
  7. Provide your personal and academic details.
  8. Review the form before submitting it.

NOTE:

·       communication will be sent by the MCC/DGHS, and MoHFW through email on the registered e-mail address or SMS on the registered Mobile Number only.

·       Any complaint regarding the alteration of email address or phone number is not entertained by the MCC/DGHS or MoHFW.

·       To avoid any technical issue while choice filling, use the latest version of the PC or Laptop.

·       Download the app (Sandes app) before getting the OTP on the Registered mobile number for registration.

Choice Filling and Locking: Candidates included in the NEET UG merit list can proceed with choice filling. They need to log in to their registered account to access the choice-filling option. It is crucial to note that candidates who fail to fill in their preferred choices will not be considered for the seat allotment process. Additionally, they must lock their choices before the specified deadline to be eligible for the subsequent stages of NEET counselling.      

Seat Allotment List: MCC will prepare the seat allotment list for All-India Institute of Medical Sciences [AIIMS], Rishikesh, MBBS seats, MCC/DGHS will prepare the seat allotment list for AIQ/Central Institutes/University/AIIMS/JIPMER/Deemed University/AMU/BHU/B.Sc. Uploading the essential documents/certifications after the declaration of the result: After the seat allotment list is declared by the MCC, candidates need to upload the documents on the website of MCC.

Document Verification at the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences [AIIMS], Rishikesh: Applicants who have been allotted a seat and wish to proceed with it must report to the respective institute (AIIMS, Rishikesh) for document verification. During the verification process, candidates must carry their original certificates and two attested copies for validation. Eligibility for Institute of National Importance-Combined Entrance Test (INI-CET):

Institute of National Importance-Combined Entrance Test (INI-CET) is an entrance examination conducted by the AIIMS for admission to various postgraduate medical courses such as MD, MS, DM/Mch, etc. in India.

The eligibility criteria for the Institute of National Importance-Combined Entrance Test (INI-CET) for admission to AIIMS are as follows:

·       Candidates must have a recognized MBBS degree or provisional MBBS pass certificate from a recognized medical college or university.

·       Indian nationals, Overseas Citizens of India (OCI), Persons with Indian Origin (PIO), and foreign nationals are eligible to appear for INI-CET.

·       Candidates should have completed their one-year compulsory rotating internship on or before 31st March of the year in which they are appearing for INI-CET.

·       Candidates should have a valid registration certificate issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or the State Medical Council (SMC).

·       General category candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks in the INI-CET exam, while reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC) must secure a minimum of 40% marks.

Age Limit: There is no age limit for INI-CET.

The required educational qualifications for MD (Doctor of Medicine) or MS (Master of Surgery) programs at the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences [AIIMS], Rishikesh, Uttarakhand:

  • Completion of MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) from a recognized medical college or university is mandatory.
