·       communication will be sent by the MCC/DGHS, and MoHFW through email on the registered e-mail address or SMS on the registered Mobile Number only.

·       Any complaint regarding the alteration of email address or phone number is not entertained by the MCC/DGHS or MoHFW.

·       To avoid any technical issue while choice filling, use the latest version of the PC or Laptop.

·       Download the app (Sandes app) before getting the OTP on the Registered mobile number for registration.

 

Choice Filling and Locking: Candidates included in the NEET UG merit list can proceed with choice filling. They need to log in to their registered account to access the choice-filling option. It is crucial to note that candidates who fail to fill in their preferred choices will not be considered for the seat allotment process. Additionally, they must lock their choices before the specified deadline to be eligible for the subsequent stages of NEET counselling.      

Seat Allotment List: MCC will prepare the seat allotment list for All-India Institute of Medical Sciences [AIIMS], Rajkot, MBBS seats, MCC/DGHS will prepare the seat allotment list for AIQ/Central Institutes/University/AIIMS/JIPMER/Deemed University/AMU/BHU/B.Sc. Document Verification at the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences [AIIMS], Rajkot: Applicants who have been allotted a seat and wish to proceed with it must report to the respective institute (AIIMS, Rajkot) for document verification. During the verification process, candidates must carry their original certificates and two attested copies for validation. Additionally, they will need to pay the tuition fee for the current academic year to confirm their admission. Candidates who have been allotted a seat in round one can opt for willingness to upgrade from round 1 to round 2 for which they will have to physically report with original documents at the allotted college here in the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences [AIIMS], Rajkot.

Note: if a registered candidate is not allotted a seat, he can participate in round 2 directly without fresh registration.

Seat Matrix and Merit List: MCC/DGHS will provide a list of participating institutes along with the available seats for each category. Following this, the NEET UG merit list will be released.

 The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) does not allow any seat on a nomination basis.

Contract:

If the candidate leaves the course within 6 months of joining, he/she shall be liable to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/-(Rupees Three Lakh only); and if the candidate leaves after 6 months of joining, he/she shall be liable to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakh only) as compensation for losses incurred by AIIMS due to such midstream departure.

EMOLUMENTS:

Junior Residents/Demonstrators (on contract service for three years tenure period) will be paid a sum of Rs.15600 + Rs.5400 Grade Pay + NPA and other allowances as admissible under 7th CPC.

LEAVE:

During the term of employment, he/she will be entitled to leave as under:

• First year: 30 days leave, calculated on a pro-rata basis (i.e. during the first year of their tenure, they will be sanctioned leave only on the basis of number of days that they have already earned).

• Second year: 36 days leave

• Third year: 36 days leave

Maternity Leave:

Female Junior Residents (Academic) are entitled to maternity leaves as per Govt. of India rules during their course with full pay. Their period of registration/training will be extended for the equivalent period of leave availed. They will have to work for an extended period and the final examination of the candidate shall be held with next batch.
