The MCC/DGHS Conducts the counselling process of 100% of seats of All-India Institute of Medical Sciences [AIIMS], Patna, MBBS seats. 3. Enter the NEET 2023 roll no., Rank, and DOB.
4. Register using a valid email ID and mobile number. Enter the captcha and click ‘Validate’.
5. Make a note of your login credentials.
6. Log in again to complete the application form.
7. Provide your personal and academic details.
8. Review the form before submitting it.

·       communication will be sent by the MCC/DGHS, and MoHFW through email on the registered e-mail address or SMS on the registered Mobile Number only.

·       Any complaint regarding the alteration of email address or phone number is not entertained by the MCC/DGHS or MoHFW.

·       To avoid any technical issue while choice filling, use the latest version of the PC or Laptop.

·       Download the app (Sandes app) before getting the OTP on the Registered mobile number for registration.

Choice Filling and Locking: Candidates included in the NEET UG merit list can proceed with choice filling. They need to log in to their registered account to access the choice-filling option. It is crucial to note that candidates who fail to fill in their preferred choices will not be considered for the seat allotment process. Additionally, they must lock their choices before the specified deadline to be eligible for the subsequent stages of NEET counselling.

Document Verification at the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences [AIIMS], Patna: Applicants who have been allotted a seat and wish to proceed with it must report to the respective institute (AIIMS, Patna) for document verification. During the verification process, candidates must carry their original certificates and two attested copies for validation. Additionally, they will need to pay the tuition fee for the current academic year to confirm their admission. Eligibility for Institute of National Importance-Combined Entrance Test (INI-CET):

Institute of National Importance-Combined Entrance Test (INI-CET) is an entrance examination conducted by the AIIMS for admission to various postgraduate medical courses such as MD, MS, DM/Mch, etc. in India.

The eligibility criteria for the Institute of National Importance-Combined Entrance Test (INI-CET) for admission to AIIMS are as follows:

·       Candidates must have a recognized MBBS degree or provisional MBBS pass certificate from a recognized medical college or university.

·       Candidates should have completed their one-year compulsory rotating internship on or before 31st March of the year in which they are appearing for INI-CET.

·       Candidates should have a valid registration certificate issued by the Medical Council of India (MCI) or the State Medical Council (SMC).

·       Indian nationals, Overseas Citizens of India (OCI), Persons with Indian Origin (PIO), and foreign nationals are eligible to appear for INI-CET.

·       General category candidates must secure a minimum of 50% marks in the INI-CET exam, while reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC) must secure a minimum of 40% marks.

Age Limit: There is no age limit for INI-CET.

The required educational qualifications for MD (Doctor of Medicine) or MS (Master of Surgery) programs at the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences [AIIMS], Patna, Bihar:
