    • Freshly allotted seat but desire to leave and participate in further rounds.
    • Upgraded candidates from Round 1 who do not join before Round 3 registration.
    • Those who joined the college/institute and subsequently resigned.
  • Candidates allotted seats in Round 2 can express willingness to upgrade from Round 2 to Round 3, requiring physical reporting at the Round 2 allocated college/institute.
  • Upon completing admission formalities, they can express willingness and forfeit the security deposit, followed by a fresh registration involving fee payment.

Round 3

  • Fresh registration is required for Round-3 with payment of the registration fee.
  • Fresh/New Registration for Round 3 is necessary for candidates who:
      1. Did not register in Round-1 or Round-2 (with full fee payment).
      1. Resigned from Round 2 and need to submit fresh choices with full payment of fees.
  • Candidates who registered in Round-2, and exited with forfeiture of fees without joining, can re-register with a fresh fee payment.
  • Candidates registered but not allotted seats in Round-1 & Round-2 need not register again.
  • Fresh choice selection and locking of choices should be completed.
  • Round-3 results will be posted on the MCC website, and candidates with allotted seats must upload essential certificates on the MCC website.
  • Physical reporting is mandatory at the allocated Medical/Dental College/institute after Round 3, with original documents.
  • If upgraded, candidates must leave the Round 2 seat and join the Round 3 seat. After joining, no further upgrades or resignations are allowed from the Round 3 seat.
  • Candidates not joining the Round 3 seat may exit, forfeiting the security deposit and losing eligibility for further counseling rounds conducted by MCC, DGHS.
  • Freshly registered candidates in Round 3, without seat allocation, are eligible to participate in subsequent stray/further rounds.
  • Candidates upgraded in Round 3 will NOT retain any claim on seats allotted in previous rounds.

FINAL STRAY VACANCY ROUND:

  • Fresh registrations and new choice submissions are required for the Final Stray Vacancy Round. Choices made during the third round will not be considered for allocation in the Stray Vacancy Round.
  • Candidates eligible for participation in the Stray Vacancy Round include those who do not possess a seat or were not allotted seats in Round-1, 2 & 3 (AIQ, State, Deemed).
  • Seat allocation will be conducted 'Online' using specialized software.
  • If a candidate is assigned a seat in the Stray round, they must report and join the allocated seat/college. Failure to do so will result in the candidate's disqualification from the NEET PG examination for the subsequent year and forfeiture of the security deposit.
