The conducting body of AIAPGET is NTA (National Testing Agency). NTA has been conducting the All India Ayush Post Graduate Entrance Test (AIAPGET) since 2019, on behalf of the Ministry of AYUSH with the approval of the Ministry of Education. AIAPGET is a computer-based exam for students interested in pursuing AYUSH courses.

The All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA) is the Apex Institute for Ayurveda, established in 2010 as an autonomous organization under the Ministry of AYUSH, Govt. of India. It aims at bringing a synergy between the traditional wisdom of Ayurveda and modern tools and technology.

Various postgraduate and doctoral courses in various disciplines of Ayurveda are offered by this institute. The main focus of AIIA is on fundamental research, drug development, standardization, quality control, safety evaluation and scientific validation of Ayurvedic medicines.

What is the AIAPGET 2023 exam pattern?

Students who are appearing in this year's AIAPGET 2023 exam can check the below-mentioned exam pattern of the exam for a better understanding of the question paper.

• The total duration of the exam is 2 hours.
• The exam will be a computer-based exam and it will be conducted in two shifts.
• The total number of questions asked is 120.
• The total marks are 480.
• MCQ-based questions will be asked in the exam.
• The student will get 4 marks for every right answer.
• For every wrong answer, a -1 mark will be deducted.
• No marks will be given for unanswered questions.

What is the eligibility required for the AIAPGET 2023 exam?

• The candidate should have a BAMS/BUMS/BSMS/BHMS/Graded BHMS degree.
• Students with a provisional degree in mentioned courses can also apply for the examination.
• The student should have a permanent or provisional registration certificate of BAMS/BUMS/BSMS/BHMS/Graded BHMS issued by the CCIM/CCH/State board/universities/deemed universities.
• There is no upper age limit for this exam.
• The applicant can give the exam as many times as he/she wants. There is no number of attempts limit mentioned by NTA.
• He/she should complete one year of mandatory internship or is likely to complete the internship on or before October 31, 2023.

What is the AIAPGET 2023 syllabus?

In AIAPGET 2023 exam, students need to prepare for all the topics and subjects/she has studied during his/her undergraduate degree. AIAPGET 2023 exam is for admission into 4 courses, Unani, Ayurveda, Homeopathy and Siddha. If the student is wanting to take admitted to the Master's course of Ayurveda, he/she will have to prepare from his/her undergraduate syllabus of Ayurveda.

AIAPGET 2023 Results:

Students can check his/her result on the official website of the exam ie https://aiapget.nta.ac.in/. They can view the Result by clicking on the relevant section on the NTA website and filling in the details. The NTA prepares a Merit list, an All India Ranking for everyone, and a certificate or scorecard. Candidates should keep this scorecard very carefully since it is used in counselling. After the Result, the next step is counselling. NTA doesn't play any role in the Counseling process of the exam. AACCC and the concerned state authorities do counselling for AIAPGET. Once the counselling is done, the student gets the seat according to his/her obtained scores, preferences, and reservations applicable.

The admission process of AIAPGET 2023:

The steps during AIAPGET 2023 exam are mentioned below. Students can follow these steps during the registration for the exam.

• First, the student will register and fill out the AIAPGET 2023 application form on the official website.
• Once the authorities release the admit card, the student will download the admit card.
• After that he/she will appear for the AIAPGET 2023 exam.
• Then he/she will check your result online once it is out.
• After the results, the next step is counselling. Now the student will register for AIAPGET counselling process.
• In the end, he/she will get the seat.
